It has no damage that I can see. The dial is a little dirty. I don't know if it has faded or if it can be cleaned. It is working. It was just obtained at a southern Va. estate sale. The size is approx. 1 3/4" in diameter. It is marked 19 jewels. The inscription reads "TO W. KIRK MATTHEWS BY THE RICHMOND POLICE DEPARTMENT IN GRATEFUL APPRECIATION OF HIS VALUED SERVICES AND HIS ABLE ASSISTANCE IN THE PROSECUTION JAN. 23 1922". (see photos for more details).
