He's also the inventor of the most advanced complication in today's watches,the Tourbillon. I would like to present this extremely rare Breguet, finely enameled 18K gold quarter repeating watch. Stunning 18K gold case, enameled in the center with a bouquet of flowers and floral enameled border, what a beauty!Notice the small chip on the enamel,located on the right side. The Beautiful Porcelain White dial has Turkish chapters and signature,gold Breguet apple shaped hands, has couple of hairlines, which is verynormal for an almost 200 years old watch! The 18K fine textured gold cuvette is signed "Breguet a Paris", No. 16993, very crisp and sharp.The 18k Gold back case has the same matching serial #16993 as the cuvette ! Here is the PERFECT example of the Breguet's earliest innovation,Parachute Shock Protection, dating 1790, which is considered one MAJOR INVENTION, used in today's high grade watches. The detail of the 47mm(excluding the piston) gold case is simply AMAZING... The REPETITION is activated by pull-twisting the piston in the pendant.
