CINCINNATI, OHIO. Signed PATEK PHILIPPE on the movement and triple signed DUHME & CO. on the case, dial and movement. The watch is running nicely. Serial number 60146, which dates this watch to approximately 1882. Porcelain roman numeral dial with hairlines in the seconds bit. The case is 18k and the serial number matches the movement serial number. Engine turned on both sides with fancy initials on the front lid.
