Description Antique Elgin 12 size 7 jewels pocket watch is running and keeping good time. Elgin pocket watch is pendant wind and set which works properly, with crown in good condition. Serial number 22512081 dates this grade 303 to 1919. The porcelain dial looks free of any hairlines that I can see. Blued steel hand look very good. Plastic crystal is free of any chips or cracks, but does show some scratches. Movement is housed in a gold filled Guaranteed Twenty Year Philadelphia Watch Case Co. Case covers screw on/off properly and tight. Case shows no dings or dents, some light brassing around the main body of the case. Back cover is monogramed with the letters (I believe to be) RFC.  Bow is firm.
