Made Circa 1780's. ( Allam & Clements are recorded as working in partnership from 1764-1795 specializing in gold and enamel watches) J & P Timepieces is owned by Jeff Morris and Peter Fossner, hence J & P. Mr. Fossner has been in the watch business, both in Europe and USA, since the early 1970's. Mr. Morris met Peter Fossner at a Sotheby's watch auction in January, 1980, and they have been collaborating ever since selling fine watches.
