It is running at +9 seconds in multiple positions. The balance wheel amplitude is 310 degrees. It measures 11.5 lignes. If you're looking at this listing then you probably already know this is a high quality movement, running at a much faster rate than normal movements.  They also sell for > $100 at the watch material supply houses. It is stored in a plastic molded case and has a service stem. Also included are the hour wheel and ring for casing. Check out the pictures to get a good close-up look.
