This is a clean watch in good condition and fine working order.   Dial: The easy and clear to read white enamel dial with beautiful Arabic numerals and blue moon hands has subsidiary seconds dial at the six and an alarm dial at the twelve and signed: Swiss made. Push piece by the eleven to set hands, push piece by the one to set alarm dial upper centre anticlockwise. The time is set by pushing in the left hand button and turning the winder and the alarm by pressing the right hand button and again turning the winder. The watch has an original mineral glass.    Movement: The high-grade Swiss made half plate jewelled movement striking on gong with club tooth straight line lever escapement has a bimetallic balance with blued steel balance spring and signed: “Zenith Swiss made”. The alarm is wound by bi - directional winding the two barrels  turning the winding knob to one side, the watch is wound by turning the knob to the other side, wind the crown one way for the alarm and the other way for the going power.  The alarm function is set by using the button at 1 in the band whilst the time is set by using the button at 11. Time and alarm functions are in perfect working order with the gong producing a very crisp sound.    Case: The plain 0.925 silver case with hallmarks and 0.925 silver stamp is numbered on the inside: 80936, same number and hallmarks on the inside of the 0.925 silver cuvette.
