This 18 size timepiece with up & down wind indicator is out of an estate! The watch is running and keeping time within 5 seconds per day, and the indicator works fine.  It has a yellow gold filled open face Warranted B&B Royal 20 Years case. The lever set movement is marked:   B.W. Raymond Elgin Ill. U.S.A. 21 Jewels Safety Barrel Adjusted 5 Positions 15768823.   The porcelain dial reads: DN UP Elgin.  The dial has no hairlines or scratches-excellent condition! There is one tiny ding in the case back.
