This piece was made between 1840 and 1860 according to the "Cheverons de Neuchâtel" stamp behind the face (certified by a Swiss watch School we visited this Spring). This repeater is sold for repair. The balance is in good shape. The 2 major problems with this unit are: 1) The intermediate governor pinion. One of its pivot is broken. 2) One of the gong has been repaired with soft solder and therefore does not have the proper timber of origin. There might be some other repairs needed to be performed but we can't say for sure. All parts are present and we didn't see any missing.
