The movement is marked "Made for Tiffany & Co. by Patek Philippe & Co.,Switzerland, Eighteen (18) Jewels, Eight (8) Adjustments, No.198505, Extra". Solid 18 yellow gold open face plain case with hidden hinge marked on the inside lid "18K, Made for Tiffany & Co. by Patek Philippe & Co., Switzerland 198505". Note that the movement number 198505 and the case number is also 198505, matched movement and case. Metal gold tone dial with painted Arabic numerals marked "Tiffany & Co, Switzerland". Blue steel spade hands. This watch was a presentation watch and on the inside lid it reads "The learned professions take pleasure in presenting this gift to Deputy Commissioner Augustus S. Downing as a token of love and appreciation after 52 years of unselfish service in their behalf 1874-1926". On the back lid is Augustus S. Downing hand engraved initials "ASD" in block format.
