Definitely needs cleaned and final adjustment. Movement: 18 size nickel, 15 jewel. Movement is marked "Dueber Watch Co. Canton, Ohio safety pinion". Stem wind, lever set. Winds and sets well. Open face with a hunting case movement. Hampden Micro-regulator. Good looking movement needing a little care. Dial: Looks like original white porcelain dial. No cracks or hairlines. Dial has been scrubbed and is faded. Name on dial "Hampden Watch Co." with Roman numerals. No hands Crystal: New plastic crystal Case: Marked "Keystone Watch Case Co. Silveroid". Screw back, screw bezel. Blank initial shield on back. Case shows wear - has not been cleaned or buffed. Bezel has a few rough spots where someone has used ?? trying to get the bezel off.
