The case was manufactured by Brooklyn Watch Case Co. It is beautifully engraved and heavy, easily in the neighbourhood of $1200 of gold value alone. This watch bears a serial number 3147 which puts it in the first year  of Hamilton production !!! I would call this a MUSEUM worthy Hamilton watch. This run of serial numbers was in the finishing department in 1894. There were only 1700 grade 935 movements ever manufactured. How many are still out there after 114 years? How many in the original 14K gold case ??? RARE WATCH !! Serviced March 2008. Shipping will add $22 in the U.S. and $100 overseas by FEDEX.
