I found at lathes.co.uk , under Moseley accessories, http://www.lathes.co.uk/moseley/page4.html  a similar attachment but with only one spindle,that one has 6. Each spindle is locked by spring lock in the groove, exactly like a revolver.It holds on top pulleys of different diameters with a little shaft that goes in the spindle and makes it rotates when connected by a belt to a counter shaft.It has parts loose too. 2 of the pulleys are defective, one is twisted and one is missing its shaft.That is as much as I can tell for now, I suppose I will get questions and answers too for this apparatus.It is sold as is ans as seen, everything that you see is included n the auction.Its weight is 2 1/2 pounds. Measures 4 1/2" from tip of handle to end of base. Its height is 4".Do not hesitate to ask any question and I will answer the very best I can.Shipping is 20$ USA and Canada and 30$ International.
