It has a double sunk Roman Numerals Mint Dial. The hands are mint bluish shinning color. Movement shows no rush but the cock seems to have a little markings were the screw is located But none of the screw that holds down the movement seems to be touch. When i look at the hole of the winding knob I can see the metal bar use to winding. When I open the bessel I can see the Lever still very shinny no rust at all.
