It is finished of with 10 pyramid mounted diamonds. Rolex dials, especially exotic dials such as this, are very rarely available for sale. This dial fits on a mens yellow gold president and will fit on any of these models with a sapphire crystal dating back as far as the late 1970's. Rolex stopped making this dial around 1995 and the last retail price figure I could find was from 1992 when this dial retailed for $4,500.
