Contact must be made by telephone. No email, snail-mail, or faxes All return packages must have Capetown's return authorization number prominently displayed on the box. This number will be provided when you notify us of your intent to return. Packages returned without a Capetown Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will not be accepted. The item must be returned, pre-paid and insured at your expense, via UPS Next Day Air Service.
