The case is in good condition, push-on bezel and rear cover. The rear cover also has a glass crystal to display the movement. The enamel dial is in good condition, no chips/hairlines and is marked 'MILLIKIN & LAWLEY, STRAND, LONDON'. The glass crystal to the front is in excellent condition, the bevelled glass crystal to the rear has some minor surface scratches. The case is 47mm overall diameter, ignoring the stem. The jewelled movement has a cylinder escapement and is in good condition and good working order, keeping good time (runs approx 12 hours from full wind so spring a bit weak). It is marked 'MILLIKIN & LAWLEY'. It is stem wind and pin set which work fine. Millikin & Lawley were Scientific and Medical Instrument makers manufacturing circa. 1860 - 1910 hence the date on the watch is circa 1900-1910. Unusual watch. Place a Bid!
