The dial is also marked with black outer minute lines. The case is nicely finished with a crisscross pattern on the rim and a classic engine turned design surrounding a smooth circular frame on the back cover. A strike-silent lever is positioned on the band of the case and a small push button in the pendant allows the repeat function to chime at will. The clock watch strikes the hours and the half-hour positions when passing. The gilt full plate movement comes with a sophisticated verge fusee setup controlled by a 3-arm balance wheel. The movement is centered by a beautifully pierced two-footed balance cock with a circular steel end cap and a silver disc regulator.
