It is complete with dial and hands. It is a 14-Ligne (31mm) hunting-style movement featuring a bright gilt finish in excellent condition, a bi-metallic balance, a fully jeweled lever escapement with 11 jewels, counter-poised pallet and a steel escape wheel. The movement is marked "TIFFANY & Co., NEW YORK", SN 537937. It is Stem-Wind/ Pin-Set, and could be readily converted to lever-set by adding a setting lever with a shoulder screw in the existing threaded hole. It has a white porcelain dial with Roman numbers.
