I noticed the movement was Vacheron, and I immediately made an offer. I have no idea if the dial and erotic automatic match the movement, but it functions well and runs strong keeping time.  I’ve seen these erotic watches go for $1200 +, but never with a Vacheron movement. Key wind, key set, glass crystal in a sterling silver case, but not signed sterling. The egg shell white dial looks pretty good at first glance, but it does have a few hairlines and a chip at the 1 o’clock.  The erotic automation is quite interesting.  The woman remains stationary, while the man at an arch moves forward and backwards performing his male duties.  Uses a #5 key which I will provide.
