It is an open, blank certificate on the name of purchaser, stamped with the serial nos. "898XXXX" and style no. "R16030A10B6251". The US retail jeweler is stamped on the top and middle section and there is a hand-written ink mark of "12/86" on the date of purchase. There is also a set of nos. at the bottom right corner that reads "564.06.100.6.85". Stamped at the back are the red letters code "A  O T T W". Please note the water mark Rolex crown logo and the name "R O L E X" for the assurance of its authenticity. The document holder, marked with the nos."16030A/B62510006" is in very good condition except for slight scratches.
