The watch is marked .585 which stands for 14kt gold on the case and dust cover and also has the ZENITH symbol and mark on both as well. The case is also marked ZENITH GRAND PRIX PARIS 1900 on the dust cover. The dial is a stark white color and has on small hairline in it by the 10 as shown. The hands are a gold color. The movement is marked ZENITH and the serial #1590047 also on the winding wheel it is marked PAT. OCT. 18 1904 and the #30751. There is a scratch on the dust cover as shown I think someone did this when trying to open the back, however it can be polished out it is not very deep at all. The weight of the watch is over 100 grams that is all my scale will weigh, also I took out the movement and the case alone weighs 52 grams (there is $880.00 of scrap gold in this watch at a $900.00 spot gold price) This is a rare one especially in a ZENITH movement and a solid gold case. The watch measures 2 inches in diameter and I believe it is a 16 size. The movable part on top of the stem and crown has been replaced and this is the only part of the watch that is not gold but gold filled instead and shows a little wear as shown in the picture. The case is also marked with the # 098275 and the hinges are a little loose but everything closes properly and opens properly as well. This would make a great addition to anyones collection.
