VERY RARE SILVER COIN SILVER EARLY CASE………   Vintage COIN SILVER 1800’s Porcelain Dial ELGIN mens pocket watch pocketwatch in a RARE WALTHAM fully hinged Hunt HUNTING closed face great big giant Coin Silver case.  This is a Elgin watch in a Waltham case.  The porcelain dial watch is signed:  ELGIN NAT’L WATCH CO.  The dial has big Roman numbers, early blued steel hands, and sunken sub-seconds.  The GREAT BIG COIN SILVER Hunting closed face case has a fancy early decoration on the front side.  The case measures 59mm across and about 88mm from top-to-bottom.  The hinged watch case is signed on the inside of the front cover:  AM WATCH CO WALTHAM MASS WARRANTED COIN – SILVER AA387 .  The watch case is signed on the inside of the caseback:  AA387 .  There is a key-hole in the dust cover for winding the early key-wind movement.  The watch case is signed on the inside of the hinged dust cover:  4*   AA387.  The early well made high grade movement is fully jeweled and it is signed:  Elgin Natl Watch Co ELGIN ILL Patent Pinion 449445.   The balance is good and swings free.  There is no reserve price on this fine early antique watch.  Buyer to pay 6.00 shipping.         Place a Bid!
