The ends are 5/8" (15.8mm) and I've slipped 7/8" (22mm) tubes over the ends so you can fit it to your watch.The tubes can be removed and cut down to fit any width up to 22mm.Length at spring bar centers is adjustable from 5 1/2" (139mm) to 8 1/2" (215mm). The condition is nice used, works and looks great.
