The outside is Nickel? The top of the stem has Hamilton Railroad on it.  This watch does run.  The face has some porcelain missing, see picture.  The case is in good condition.   This item is used, and is being auctioned "as is".  We describe our items as accurately as we can.  Please "ask seller a question" if we have left something out or you need additional information.
