Vintage Lyre Engraved Locket Watch Fob w/ Stones NR Start Price USD 9.99 Current Price USD 19.50 Time Left - Bid Count 6 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Monday, December 01, 2008 End Time Monday, December 08, 2008 Location Cary, NC See more about 'Vintage Lyre Engraved Locket Watch Fob w/ Stones NR' Description This is a vintage, possibly Victorian, fob with a wonderfully detailed lyre or harp engraved on one side and a fancy monogram on the other side.  I can not tell what the monogram is.  This is in great condition for its' age.  The hinge is tight and the latch has good snap.  The original internal covers for the photos in the locket are even intact.  The biggest condition issue is that the stones have darkened which is a common problem for this vintage item.  The pictures tell the story pretty well on condition.  The square portion is 5/8"  plus the fancy bail part which makes it hang about 1 1/4" down.  It weighs 6.9 g or 4.4 dwt.
