Description
Preface: My name is Terri and I am new to eBay. I will do everything necessary to ensure that your buying experience with me will be more than satisfactory and indeed enjoyable. After you receive your item, I would greatly appreciate a positive feedback. As a note of interest, I will be listing hundreds of medals and fobs over the next several weeks. The items are being consigned by a private collector. Payment and Shipping Notice: Be sure to read the payment and shipping requirements at the end of the auction description before bidding. Note: The shipping charge shown on the first page of the listing does not include $0.75 for delivery confirmation. Do not send payment until you receive an invoice from the seller. General Description: What is being offered for sale is a silver or pewter watch fob. See the seven (7) photos for details and condition, which is very good. The fob was made by Whitehead & Hoag. This fob is NOT a reproduction. The diameter of the fob is 1”. Guarantee: The fob can be returned for a refund of the bid amount if the seller is notified within 3 days of receipt (as determined by Delivery Confirmation) and the fob is in the condition shown in the photos. Payment and Shipment: For US buyers, personal check, money order, or Paypal is acceptable. For non-US buyers Paypal, an international money order in US dollars or a bank transfer in US dollars is acceptable. All payments must be received by me within 10 days after the auction has ended. However, since I have a “no question return policy” and if the buyer is unable to make payment, he can simply cancel the auction before the item is shipped without any consequences. If an item is damaged, lost, or stolen while in transit after it is placed with the United States Post Office (or any other carrier), the seller is not responsible. The seller will, however, file the necessary papers for the insurance claim, but the buyer will be the person who waits for the insurance payment – not the seller. And the seller is not responsible for any under-insurance. And last, but not least, do not ask the seller to lie on the Customs Form. The declared value will be the fair market value as agreed upon by the buyer and seller. If you are unsure of these conditions or you are in disagreement, do not bid on the item for sale. Additional Shipping Details: US buyers pay USPS first class or priority mail plus delivery confirmation and insurance (bid amount). For items over $1000, registered mail is recommended (which is also less expensive for the insurance). Money order is preferred, but personal check and Paypal are acceptable. At the discretion of the seller, there can be a 5-day delay for personal checks. (Note: Lately, personal checks have been clearing in one or two days.) Non-US buyers pay actual shipping costs and the carrier must be the United States Post Service. Fedex, DHL, and UPS are not acceptable.. There is no handling or packaging fees for shipping. Second Chance Offer: I do not offer under bidders a Second Chance Offer unless it is through eBay and by “here_now_great_buys”. If you receive such a notice, it is fraudulent and not from me. Be careful. There have been a number of attempts to resell my items. Only buy “through” eBay and only with the seller “here_now_great_buys”. Note: I will on occasion, re-list an item with “Buy Now.” But that is within eBay and only with “here_now_great_buys”.
